looking at on the screen, like on internet explorer, I'm not talking about the size in a document or email, those I know how to change the size on, but on internet explorer I heard once of a way, did it and forgot how to, any help would be Super Great!

ctrl+ makes fonts larger, ctrl- makes them smaller. Just a matter of perspective.
