HELP I changed size of laptop screen using CTRL+mousewheel -- how do I change back to default?

I was reading questions on YA and saw an answer that said to make Web pages bigger and the font bigger too, to use the wireless mouse wheel, along with CTRL, to change the Screen size. This does NOT change any of the settings as far as resolution from that screen, or change the font size from Medium or whatever.

In Firefox simply press Ctrl-0. If that doesn't work press Ctrl and roll the mouse wheel in the opposite of the direction you rolled previously.HELP I changed size of laptop screen using CTRL+mousewheel -- how do I change back to default?
Not sure on how to go straight back to default, but if you hold control and scroll your mouse wheel in the opposite direction, it'll do the opposite.



(ie: ctrl+scroll up = bigger font, ctrl+scroll down = smaller font)
