How can i change my internet screen size?

when i click , to start up the internet the screen is showed in full screen and i hate having to press f11 everytime to change it back to the regular size,how can i change it to its default/regular size ?How can i change my internet screen size?
Try this. I'm not sure it will do it but the next time hit f11. Size the window and then hold the shift key down and click the red x (close gadget).



I haven't tested this but I'm pretty sure that closing while holding the shift key down will save the current windows size.How can i change my internet screen size?
internet/tools/internet options (if u have vista then it should b at the bottom of the internet options)/ if u have normal xp then go to internet/tools/fonts and sizes

on the very right bottom corner thers a % it probably says 100% that cantrolls the size on my computer but yours could be diffrent
