How can I change the size of the internet screen to go back to normal size?

Someone was playing on my computer and they have played with the view of the screen. The window is huge with the writing and everything? How do I change it back so I can see the whole screen on the page without moving the bars?How can I change the size of the internet screen to go back to normal size?
