How to change back television screen size ?

In the control panel I changed the screen size of my television to 16:9, while it was on panoramic. (I wanted to find a way to see if my dvd was working if I changed the screen size - ridiculous probably..)

Now the image moves so much that I can't see the menu of the control panel anymore ... so I can't get it back into normal size because the menu is moving so much



what to do?



restarting television and decoder etc. doesn't help ...

Changing screen size won't make picture moving. something wrong try to disconnect the input and unplug power cord for several minutes and see if it stop the picture from moving around. If it's not working than you can start call service center for help.
