How to change the size of my computer screen on windows vista.?

Ok well I was uninstalling programs on my computer. I started to uninstall this program called manager and in the middle of it everything on my screen got really big. Does any one know what went wrong or know how to fix it?How to change the size of my computer screen on windows vista.?
Sounds like your resolution got decreased. I have Windows XP on this computer but Vista probably works similarly. Right click on the desktop and select properties. There should be an option for screen resolution (In XP it's under the settings tab). A larger resolution will make things look smaller on your screen. How to change the size of my computer screen on windows vista.?
I can't be sure of what went wrong with it, but you can try changing the resolution of your screen by right clicking your desktop and clicking 'Personalize'. Click on the last option in the window that comes up (';Display Settings';). There should be an area to drag your Resolution from Low to High. Try different sizes until you reach the one that works best. According to Windows Vista's Help Center, the highest resolution is usually the one your monitor was made for.

Hope that helps!
