Change text size for screen and all programs want to make it smaller?

I think I bumped a button on my keyboard and when I looked at my computer screen I noticed everything was bigger how do I change it back to a smaller size?Change text size for screen and all programs want to make it smaller?
Try right clicking with your mouse anywhere on the desktop. Select properties. You should see a Display Properties box come up. Select Settings. And then screen resolution. Try different settings sliding the bar to the right. This should make the resolution smaller.
