Does anyone have windows xp home edition can you tell me how you change the screen size as it is to big?

right click on the screen and select properties.



then look on top of the windo and u will see settings tab, click it, under screen resolution, move the little scroler two the right and u will get larger resolutions, aka smaller screenDoes anyone have windows xp home edition can you tell me how you change the screen size as it is to big?

R. Click desktop %26gt; Properties %26gt; Settings tab %26gt; change resolution to the highest it will go..



The higher the better!

Right click on the desktop. go to properties -%26gt; Settings -%26gt;Screen area -%26gt; set the bar as 768 by 1024.

If you mean all the lettering is huge, you can also change that my right clicking anywhere on your desktop (except on an icon) and clicking properties. Go to the Settings tab and click Advanced. Then, change the little pulldown bar on the screen you see to be 96 DPI, which will set you to a normal screen.
Right click anywhere on the desktop and select properties

From the new window select the settings tab

And under the selection where it says screen resolution, slide it to your desired size.



If you cannot slide it there may a couple of reasons for this

1. You do not have the drivers installed for your graphics adapter

2. Your screen or graphics card will not except any higher resolution than what you already have
Run your cursor up the top of the screen - a tool bar will appear - click o Restore - 2nd tab in from right.
