Can you change the size of your extended PC screen?

i have connected my Laptop to an HD ready tv via an HDMI cable. the extended screen is slighly to big. does anybody know how to adjust the size?

Typically those types of products such as extenze and MagnaRx do not really work. You might be better off trying a pump instead. Or maybe a midget.
