What's the best way to change the size of a window on the screen?

How do I make the windows on my screen smaller? What I am trying to do is be able to look at 4 windows at the same time.What's the best way to change the size of a window on the screen?
In the lower right corner of the display, you'll see 100%. Change it to 75%.

firsdt size it to a window, not full screen. then drag the edges of it to resize
jus click and hold the key one of the sides of the window and drag it down till u get the desired size. u can do that in all the sides.
