I accidently changed my homepage size to full screen from view.How do I change it back to normal?

Right click on top of the page, then click 'Menu Bar'. Click 'View' tab, then click 'Full Screen' or press 'F11' to return it to normal size.I accidently changed my homepage size to full screen from view.How do I change it back to normal?
If you did it from view you used F11,just hit F11 again.If thats not it then click on the restore down button in top right corner of page.
