How do i change the windows media center screen size?

i mean when its in a small windows no FULL SCREEN... everytime i drag the mouse around it all expands or compresses proportionally... i want it to spand accordingly... which is how i had it before but then it change for some reason hwo do i change it back?How do i change the windows media center screen size?
Scroll till you get to the ';Task Shut-down';...and select the ';settings'; on the left to reconfigure your preferences.
