Is there anyway to make the screen size bigger using No$GBA?How to change No$GBA screen size?
yes there is, u have to download 1 prog from their site, extract it's zip file in your no$gba directory and then all u have to do is just open it, it will automatically run gba, only with resized, bigger and more enjoyable screen...it's very good thing, def get it, here-

The file is a front-end for NO$GBA called NDS2XGL2. To down the file from link that Kur provided requires a registration. Just search for NDS2XGL2.zip.
