How to change size of laptop screen?

Hi,

my laptop seems to be zooming in on the screen - everything is still on the page but it is large and it makes it awkward on websites as I have to scroll around to reach one side to another!! I don't recall pressing anything unusual, so if anyone could help me get it back to the original size that would be great!!

hit ';view'; and then ';zoom out'; that should work
